HERMA 652-C Top & base labeling

This fully automatic top and bottom labeling system sets new standards in the quality, precision and economy of labeling. The HERMA 652-C is specially equipped with top and bottom mounted applicators that simultaneously apply a label to both the top and bottom of a wide range of packs ranging from food to pharmaceutical products. The versatile HERMA COMPACT LINE modular system incorporates features such as a variable speed conveyor that allows the unit to be easily integrated into existing production lines.

HERMA 152-C Wrap-around labeling

The 152-C Standard and the 152 C Prism - a machine range that masters every challenge of wrap-around labeling, even when confronted with tricky labeling tasks. Flexibly designed to accept an optional printing unit (hot-foil printing, for instance) as well as motorized Unwinders and Rewinder for a higher output capability. The tested HERMA 152-C Prism technology guarantees precise labeling, even if the product has minor geometric variations. Spiral misalignment is practically eliminated and labeling in orientation, including twin labeling, is no longer a problem.

HERMA 040-M Wrap around labeling system

The 040-M high speed wrap-around labeling system is a cost effective labeling system that offers the highest standards of product security. Ideally suited to the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets the system is capable of applying a single label or two labels in orientation to each other, around the circumference of the product. Quick changeover times combined with unrivalled precision and reliability make the HERMA 040 the ultimate high-speed wrap around labeling system.

HERMA 362-M Front & back labeling system

Single or double sided labeling is achieved accurately and economically with the HERMA 362-M. The attention to detail which has resulted from our many years of experience in the production of self-adhesive labeling equipment, has enabled us to produce a high-speed front and back labeling system which we feel is in a class of its own. Top quality and easily fitted change parts afford rapid changeovers from one product to another.
